What To Bring
What To Wear
You can wear a bathing suit or athletic wear. Bring a water bottle and be well-hydrated before class.
Shoes Are Optional
Bare feet, water shoes, Sandals with a heel strap or old sneakers.
Leave It In The Car
We have 12 x12 lockers for rent. However, we recommend that you leave behind all valuables or anything you do not want to lose!

SUP is an acronym for Stand Up Paddle Board. Stand Up Paddle Boarding combines elements of surfing and kayaking, offering a full-body workout and a unique way to explore various water bodies like lakes, rivers, and oceans.
You do not need experience. It is a class and we encourage all levels, although you should be comfortable on water.
We do not provide refunds unless class is canceled due to inclement weather.
Classes are led by Charlotte Gallagher, E-RYT500 who has more than 10 years SUP instructing on the Chattahoochee River.
